coach-gladwellJohn Gibson has been of great help to our boys basketball program here at Lehi for over a year now. John spent last spring at our school working with the team to develop strength, balance, agility and overall athleticism.

During the season this year 08-09 he came and spent many hours with us. He tested all players to find their strengths and weaknesses and then worked with them to improve. I also asked John if he could work with balance and lateral quickness. He used specific exercised to help our kids in this area.

We have felt that he has given us an advantage that most other high schools do not have, a personal trainer that has great knowledge and experience we could not get any other way.

We are truly indebted to John for what he has given our players for self improvement!

Thanks for the support and everything you have done for me and ultimately the Thunder! I say this because I’m performing at a very high level and feel I have an edge on 95% of the other athletes because of my physical preparation for this season! I feel I am much more flexible and have also noticed a lil extra bounce in my step compared to last year.

As I look back on my decision to work with you john, I feel it was the most important personal investment I have made towards my career in the last year! John’s focus on flexibility and a powerful explosive core is much more effective than the typical Olympic style power lifting . His circuit training is not only building strength but increases your cardio and endurance which is most important for athletes in their sport! He is much more advanced and is on a higher level than most trainers I’ve ever known because of his practice and research. The biggest reason why I wanted to work with him was because of his experience with professional athletes.

Lost 2 Sizes In One Month

Working out with John has been a great experience for me. Not only have I noticed an improvement in the amount of work I’ve been able to do in my workouts, but I’ve noticed a change in how I look and feel overall. I’ve seen noticeable change in my muscle tone, and I noticed that in the space of a little over a month, my waist went down by 2 sizes. I sleep better at night, and even though I’ve been really stressed out moving, work, etc. lately, I’ve been able to handle the stress better than I usually do.
